Aftercare
You may be discharged from the clinic on the same day or the day after. You may feel soreness and numbness for the first weeks and bruising around the ears for 2 weeks. You may need a bandage around the head to help the ears heal in their new position. The bandage also protects the ears from infection, so keeping them clean and dry is crucial. It is essential to avoid contact sports for the 12 weeks after surgery.
